Fridays, 5:30PM – 7:00PM | This class is for those wanting to learn how to make portraits, but either aren’t sure where to begin or want to improve their current skills.  Through drawing exercises, students will learn the foundation of portraiture to acquire the skills needed to create fully realized portraits.

Course Description:
Through drawing, we will learn the foundations of portraiture, including basic proportions, features, and an abstraction to help make quick, accurate lay-ins. A good lay-in is essential to creating fully rendered portraits, and the skills acquired in this class will set the groundwork on which great portraits can be built.

Instructor: Tiffany Dickey

Tiffany has a passion for using her artistic skills to bring out creativity in others. She has five years of formal fine art education studying fine art illustration at Watts Atelier of the Arts in Encinitas, CA.  With her lifetime love of art and years of experience instructing painting classes, she thrives at making art an engaging and joyful experience for others.
